Shipping Policy

Orders are process in the order they are received.  All orders are shipped from our location in Algona, Iowa via USPS or UPS.  We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by UPS and USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The day an order is ships does not count as a day in transit. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday and do not count Sundays or US holidays as business days.

We offer free local delivery for orders over $200 within City Limits of Algona, IA. For orders under the threshold, a delivery fee of $5 applies. Deliveries are typically made between 8am and 9am and 5pm and 6pm on weekdays.

You can choose free in-store pickup at 1505 E. Walnut St. Orders are typically ready within business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.  Terms are subject to change without notice.
